We will collaborate closely to develop a design that resonates with your preferences. Once the design is finalized and the shoes are selected, I will provide you with a final price quote. For my customizations, I utilize Angelus Leather Acrylic paints, specifically formulated for shoe painting. To protect the artwork, I use Liquid Kicks Top Coats, specially designed to enhance durability and provide waterproof and scratch-resistant properties. In preparation for painting, I remove the factory finish on leather pairs using acetone and sand the designated areas to enhance paint adhesion. All of my work is crafted to withstand regular wear and tear, ensuring longevity. Please bear in mind that you are wearing art, and it is crucial to treat your custom shoes accordingly. Dennishoes Customs cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from customer wear.

Should any damage occur to your shoes, I do offer touch ups. For any damage that occurs 7 days after delivery, there will be a fee required to fix them. The fee will vary, depending on the severity of the damage. Please send me a message, along with pictures, highlighting the issue. On top of the touch up fee, you will be required to pay for shipping your shoes back to me.

Each pair I produce is meticulously hand-painted and custom-made by me alone. I handle every order with utmost care and respect, tailoring my work to your ideas to deliver shoes you can proudly wear. You are the visionary, and I am the artist that brings your concepts to life. While I am more than capable of providing artistic input on any design, my primary goal is to ensure your shoes are entirely unique to you. Whatever design you have in mind, I can certainly bring it to life. Every pair is made to order, catering to the individual requests of each customer. Please note, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed on any orders.

If you'd like to order a design that I've already completed and posted, you're more than welcome to! I have no problem reproducing most of my own work. The same rules and process still apply here as it would to a custom order/design.

The only time I won't recreate a design is if it was something super personal to the original customer and something I want to keep 1:1.

I order all my shoes online, or I get them from a local retailer. All shoes are purchased via verified retailers. I am able to get most sizes for each variation of shoes. You are expected to know what size you need. Dennishoes Customs is not responsible for shoes that don't fit correctly, once ordered.

Some shoes may not be available online at retail price. They will instead be ordered from 3rd party resellers on GOAT or StockX. All shoes ordered this way will be verified authentic. If this is the case for your shoes, you are subject to pay any premium fees to get the correct shoes in your size/preferred color. I will do my best to get you the best possible price.

I determine my prices based on the shoes you want customized and the level of detail in your design. The prices listed on my website are based on the retail price of the shoes. However, please note that some shoes may not be available at the retail price, and in such cases, I will create a custom listing with the accurate price for you.

I categorize designs into 4 different sub-categories, depening on how detailed it is:

  • Super Simple
  • Simple
  • Average
  • Complex

I have the final say on how each design is categorized. Please understand that prices are not negotiable. While my customizations may not be the cheapest option, they offer exceptional quality that will last for years. The prices for the artwork may change from time to time.

Because my items are customized and made to order for every customer/order, returns or replacements are not acceptable if the size is incorrect. Please make sure you select the correct size when ordering.

If you receive your shoes and realize they are the wrong size, please let me know ASAP. In the case where you've ordered the wrong size, you will have to place a new order for the correct size. In the case where you've ordered the correct size, but I've sent the wrong size, please send the shoes back to me and you will be given replacements at no extra charge.

Returns are not accepted for any damages that occur once your shoes are delivered. Once they are in your hands, they are your responsibility to treat with care. Remember, you're wearing art. Please treat them as such.

Please let me know if you have any problems with your order after delivery. If there's any damage incurred from shipping, I've missed something, etc. you have 7 days after delivery to report any problems you may have directly to me.

In the case where you would like to cancel your order, you have 3 days after purchase to request a cancellation via email. If requested within 3 days after purchase, you will receive a full refund on your order, minus the cost of shipping and taxes incurred. Once 3 days have passed since your initial purchase, all sales are final and no cancellations/refunds will be given under any circumstance.

Products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. All orders come with tracking and insurance.

I offer worldwide shipping. Please note, I may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which I have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

If a package is returned because the address the customer provides is inaccurate, or because they do not sign for the package, the customer will be responsible for the fees to re-ship the item.

After an order is placed and payment has been received and accepted, your order is placed into my queue. I work on orders in the order they were received, usually going back and forth between several pairs. Because all of my items are custom made, and because of the amount of orders I handle at once, I do NOT guarantee ship by dates.

Standard wait time on ALL orders, for ONE pair, is 10+ weeks, with no guaranteed/estimated ship by date. If ordering more than one pair, expect the wait time to be longer. If you'd like to cut in line in my queue, have your shoes finished/shipped much faster and by a guaranteed date, you MUST order a Rush Shipping Upgrade.

I am not responsible for your missed deadlines because you did not order a Shipping Upgrade. Refunds are not accepted because you are unhappy with the clearly labeled wait times. You are purchasing a hand made custom piece of art. Art takes time.

All orders are shipped with my own custom branded Dennishoes boxes and tissue paper.

All of my branded boxes look the same and are the same size of 13x9x5. The only difference between each box is the custom label that I create and print out that displays your shoe size and custom design.

Whenever I receive a new pair of shoes in the mail that I'll be using for a commission, I recycle the retail box. If you would prefer to keep the retail box over my own boxes, please let me know ahead of time.

While I have never had this happen, I feel it's worth mentioning to address any concerns. All orders are insured for the full amount that you paid, meaning if there are any problems with the shipping process, you are able to get your money back.

If your package is lost in transit, you will have to file a Missing Mail Claim with USPS.

If your package is stolen from your delivery location, you will have to file a Missing Mail Claim with your local post office, and file a police report with your local police department.

In either of those cases, if your tracking number says "Delivered," I am not held responsible. I can not give you a refund should either of those instances occur. It is up to you to use the above methods to receive a refund.

I work on all orders in the order they were placed. There are likely many orders that were placed ahead of yours. No one gets special treatment with their placement. If you'd like to cut the line to receive your shoes faster, you'll have to purchase one of my Rush Shipping Upgrades.

Please do not bombard me with messages asking for updates on your order. I do not provide constant updates. Unfinished work does not represent the finished product. I will send you finalized pictures once I am finished to get your opinion, then have them shipped your way once you approve. Patience is key, and I refuse to rush myself and send out a subpar product.

If you constantly harass me over an order, I will stop all work on it and you will receive a refund when it is convenient for me.

By purchasing from Dennishoes Customs, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all of the shop policies within. Please note that refunds will not be granted in any circumstance, unless otherwise specified under exceptional conditions.

I accept PayPal, and most major debit/credit cards, using Stripe as a payment processor. Once payment is made, please allow up to 2 days for processing before you order is placed into my queue.

Wonderful! Go to them. My prices are firm and are non-negotiable. But please remember that you get what you pay for.

However, you may NOT take my finished work to another artist to have it recreated. This is theft. All of my finished work is copyrighted. Both you and the artist may be subject to legal fines, should my artwork be stolen. I do not take lightly to art theft or taking credit for someone else's work. I strive to create 1 of 1 products that give your feet some personality. I will never copy another artists' work, so please don't ask.
